The breakfast area in the lobby was great, the room had bathtubs, the bed was really comfy, and the location in a new area with shopping centers and a big mall nearby was fantastic.

I recently booked a stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Lewisville and I was blown away by the great rate I received. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with nearby restaurants and even a Costco. But the highlight for me was the hot breakfast that was included with my stay. The selection was impressive, with fresh biscuits, Cinnabon cups, and even a pancake maker. It was far superior to the breakfast my friends had at the more expensive Hilton. The hotel staff, from housekeeping to the front desk team, were all friendly and cordial, making my stay even more enjoyable.

While there were many positives about my stay, there were a couple of drawbacks that I noticed. the pool was located outside and could have used a cabana or some form of cover, especially considering the heat in the area.

The room had a modern design and amenities like a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe. The hotel's location was convenient, being near the airport, many restaurants, a big mall, and Lewisville.

This place is super convenient with a cozy location. It's close to a nice neighborhood and plenty of good restaurants, plus it's right by the highway. The staff here are so friendly and welcoming, it really adds a nice touch to the stay! 😊

I had an amazing stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Lewisville. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with a fresh and modern atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious and the service was top-notch. I was impressed by the spacious and well-designed rooms, especially the wide layout and the convenience of the integrated desk and TV unit. The separate sink/vanity area in the bathroom was a great touch. The hotel also had plenty of power outlets throughout the room, which was very handy. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel.

It was clean, nice and "worth the money". It looked like it would have cost more.

The elevator was out-had to climb 3 flights of stairs, but I understand these things happen.

Location was good. Breakfast was well stocked and fresh.

Check in was very slow, and frustrating, booked thru book it and they didn't honor one of our reservations the other one was honored, however they did have a room available for our use. We were at the front desk upon check in for 30 min. when I had already booked online. Only one very slow elevator. The hallways from elevator to rooms were hot, carpet in our room needed cleaned or updated.

The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, and the facilities were well-maintained. Parking was convenient and there were plenty of places to charge my devices. The location was ideal, with easy access to the highway and close proximity to a variety of restaurants and Costco.

Liked everything.
